Insalt Fishing Warranty

Our Commitment to Quality

At Insalt Fishing, we design and build every rod to perform under real-world Australian conditions. Each model is tested and refined by anglers who demand reliability and strength on the water. We stand behind our products — and we stand behind you.

Expedite Warranty Program

We understand that when a rod fails, you want to be back on the water fast. That’s why we offer an Expedite Warranty for genuine Insalt customers.

If the rod was faulty at the time of purchase:

We’ll provide a full replacement at no cost once the product and proof of purchase have been verified.

If the rod broke while fishing:

We’ll supply a replacement rod at half price, provided the customer can show proof of purchase within the last 12 months.
This helps keep you fishing without the full cost of a new rod.

In some cases, a half-rod replacement may be available — an affordable and efficient way to get a quality fix without delay. Top-half replacements are currently available for our most popular models:

Standard Warranty Coverage

All Insalt rods come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal fishing use.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, high-sticking, transport damage, or wear and tear from regular use.

Eyewear Warranty

All Insalt eyewear is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in frames or lenses.
Scratches, accidental breakage, or damage from general use are not covered, but discounted replacement glasses or frames are available at a discount.
